-Regular meetings with the Airbus crew to follow the pre-flight and flight defects and the disposition done, PFF Pilot First Flying .
-Carries out at shop floor level investigation on any quality issues, proposes containment action, searches root causes, and proposes
corrective and preventive actions and improvements.
-Verifies with internal audits that industrial environment, facilities, hardware and jigs & tools respond to the operations & safety
requirements, without FOD Foreign Object Damaged and Housekeeping.
-Declare and follow up quality issues attending MRO N2 level panel with the multi-functional team
-Perform the aircrafts follow up meetings with the aircraft manager to check the aircraft status and the next steps to follow for the delivery.
-Coordinate the authorized release certificate, the certificate of acceptance for Aircraft Delivery assistant, ferry flight and the customer
satisfaction survey in the A400M. SAP Tool.
